Dear David
I am fine thank you. I have been travelling in north part of Japan to see old historic culture of Yamagata Prefecture. >in this time the market clouser is full around de city in the other turistics places in Guatemala.. >But the last week i visited Panama city...and i found a new handicraft markets,,, >and there is in this places people with a big interesting in this kind of products. >Well in this cases.. which is first step? The fundamental marketing strategy is " Create uncontested market space", and not to "Compete in existing market space". I think the following marketing strategy reference will be good for your first step to respond to "the trouble for this comunity is that in Guatemala City the markets are full of this handicrafts from other places". Please click http://www.fudecso.net/marketing And I think the next step will be to find out your market place partner in, for example, Panama city. Takaya 【An example of Marketing Strategy Reference】

Dear David
I am fine thank you!
From April, I started a new job as a part-time researcher of "Japan Food and Agriculture Cooperation Organization", where I will be engaged in research theme called "How to inherit craftmanship in agriculture?" using ICT (Information Communication Technology).
As you may know, in Japan the food self-sufficiency rate is only 40%, and facing the lack of successors of agriculture.
>i came back in Guatemala city..... the last week visited a great lake in Atitlán.. is good..
Very good,
>Well.. in this time. i start a new project with the support of Europea Union...

> in this kind of project i want to help to craftsman, in the support for to development its little industry..
> a research a market new, to give workshops and look a new space for salesman in the city and in others countries.
>The kind handicraft is textil from Totonicapán Guatemala, mainly the trouble for this comunity is that in >Guatemala City the markets are full of this handicrafts from other places
I have a question.
Does "The markets are full of this handicrafts from other places" mean that you have to search for other market places, for example foreign countries?
>I want to ask your help, in this project, for your spand experience in your busines.
My business is mainly for large enterprises, but I will help for your project as far as possible.
Takaya,
